Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASOcast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ASOcast provides AI-powered App Store Optimization tools including ASO scoring, listing generation, keyword research, and competitor analysis for iOS App Store and Google Play Store applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for the current billing period only.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Usage limits are enforced per plan. Exceeding limits requires an upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service without permission.
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Content generated by ASOcast is created using AI (OpenAI) and is provided as suggestions.
  • You own the generated content and may use it freely for your app listings.
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will improve app rankings or downloads.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing.
  • We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content in your app listings.

7. Intellectual Property

The ASOcast service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ASOcast and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASOCAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU member state where ASOcast is established.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
